How can I view all the submissions that have come through on all the forms I have created?

I would like to see my submissions exported in one document, organized by date of submission. These submissions would come from every form I have ever created.

You can do this for each form by downloading or generating an excel or csv styled report. There is also use our Google Spreadsheets Integration as well which will work the same way excel does but it is entirely online and downloadable. This would have to be done for each of your forms and it will list all of the Submissions you've recieved over time unless you've deleted any of them. They will also be in ascending order from your most reason to the first submission you ever received on the form and they are all time and date stamped as well.

Now if you wanted a Master File for everything then in this case as far as I know unfortunately we don't have a feature to mesh them all into one document though since this would create a complex problem. If you wanted to do that and push everything into one master file you would have to manually do this.
