Using different Google account to integrate form with Google Sheets

    Hi

Can I have the submissions sent to google sheets of a different email? Currently I created a form on my personal account, but would like them sent to the organization's email address.

To my understanding, you would like to integrate your form to Google Sheets under a different Gmail account, is that correct?

If that is the case, then you need to log in to that other Gmail account when you integrate your form with Google Sheets.

If there is an existing Google Sheets integration in your form, you need to remove it first to integrate the form again, this time, with another Gmail account.

Another option that you can do is to share the Google Sheets integrated with your form to another Gmail account.

The Google Sheets integrated with your form will be kept under your Gmail account and will just be shared with another Gmail account.

    Hello

Actually, I think it would be best if I can transfer all 3 of my forms from
    my personal account (ckmama3) to:
    ******************

I read that this is possible. I also wanted to apply for non-profit 50%
discount and upgrade to a paid plan with the kumc account.
    Thank you for your help.

So I copied the URL from one of my forms from account A and imported it to
    account B.
If I delete this form from account A, will that form be affected in any way
as people try to fill out and submit? I assume that all the submissions
will go in account B and will not count against any of account A's limits
(monthly submission limit, total submission limit, storage space, etc)?
Is this one way for me to safely transfer a form from one account to
    another?

Since you do not have any submission data in your original forms, you can safely delete them from the account A. The cloned forms on the account B will not be affected.

I assume that all the submissions will go in account B and will not count against any of account A's limits (monthly submission limit, total submission limit, storage space, etc)?

    This is correct.

Is this one way for me to safely transfer a form from one account to another?

The cloning method is fine. However, it does not clone form submission data (if any). In case you need to transfer some forms with data, this can be performed by JotForm staff.
