    Hey there,

Currently I use Ninja Forms to build patient intake forms for my clients...I have .nf files that I export and re-import, so I don't have to rebuild the form every time I need to add it to a clients' site.

Is that capability possible with Jot Forms? For example, if I built a Medical History form, could I use that form on multiple client websites (each client would obviously pay for their own unique subscription to Jot Forms). Basically, I want to avoid having to manually build the same form for 25+ clients...I'd like to build it once, and then use for my clients on an as needed basis.

Thank you for contacting us. I also recommend creating an account first if you haven't yet.

You can sign up using your email account here https://www.jotform.com/signup

As to your inquiry, yes this is very much possible in JotForm.

You can create your form templates and just clone them every time you want to re-use the same form.

You can also just use form templates from the Form Templates gallery.
