Notification emails are not being received

    Hi.  We have a new patient form that is setup to be emailed as an attachment to a specified account when it is completed.  However, recently, we are not always getting that email.  We have received some, but not all.  The missing forms are saved on your site but not sent over.  Help?

    Could you please let us know the email recipients of the form? Are they receiving the submissions intermittently

    Try whitelisting our IP address and Domain.

    Our support forum is the best way to get in touch with us. There is also chat option(7am - 9pm est mon to fri), which you should see in the right bottom corner of My Forms page, but it is available only when forum and email inbox are manageable.
