How can I add more options to a payment widget?

our company uses PayPal as our form of payment in our Jotform. We used to be able to have an option to pick which meal we wanted and what quantity. Each day listed had 6 options (18 total). Somehow, all these options got deleted out of Jotform. I cannot figure out how to get these options to be listed again? It is only allowing me to post one option per day instead of 6.
