My form has been disabled. I tried the http:// and it still isn't working. I do not need SSL anyway. Please help me fix this quickly!
My form is located under the button "Senior Rep. Safari Application" at the bottom of the screen.

Whenever a form reaches the allocated submissions limit, in your case it reached past the 10 ssl submissions, it will automatically get disabled. It will only be re-enabled on the next month, when your allocation is restarted.
You can instead create a new form or clone your old form within your account, it will be able to use up your regular submissions allocation. Be sure to use regular http and not https when embedding this form.
I have created a sample form in your account so you can see that a new form should work and is not disabled.
