Jotform mobile app: The submission made on the app is not getting recorded in the submission page

    After spending many hours on our forms, the submissions are being confirmed at the time of submission and then they disappear. with no data stored.  Do I need to subscribe to an upgraded package to make the software actually work?  At this point I'm about to give my feedback which you don't want me to give. 

    I sent a request for help a couple of days ago and still have not heard back.  Please respond.  So far the software appears to be junk.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

    Do you have an active internet connection on your phone? Is the submission not synching when the submission is made?

    May we know how are you submitting the form? Are you assigning the Form to different users or all the users are submitting the form in the same phone.

    All our users are on the same tablet.  The forms are completed sometimes with full wifi access and sometimes with part time access.  The submissions have been made when the tablet is on the wifi with internet access.  The submission shows successful, but never shows up in the folder and an email is not sent as it's set to do.
