QR code for form not working

    Hello

    I downloaded the QR code for my forms, but 1 of them does not seem to be working.

    Would you be able to check on that for me?

    The Summer Events Registration QR code is not working.

    I assume that you are referring to downloading the QR code from the Share form option in your Publish page:

    If yes, please confirm, if you allowed the prompt as shown:

    I tried this on your form, downloaded the QR code, scanned the QR code on my mobile device and was able to view the form:
