Still not receiving my email notifications.

    Thanks to the JotForm team for their help with this problem. I am still not able to receive email notficaions from my forms. Its strange because every now and again one gets through, but the vast majority of them are not.

    It used to work just fine untill recently. I have whitelisted the jotform domains as recommend with my hosting company mediatemple. But this hasnt changed anything. I have changed the sender email to, which works and I receive the forms. But the problem is I need the sender email address to be from the person who filled the form so that when I search for all the correspondence from a specific email address, the form comes up.

    Like I said before it used to work like this and now it doesnt. Can someone please advise what can be done ?

    Sorry for your inconvenience.

    I cloned your form and changed the sender name, sender email like image below.

    Then I checked our mail logs, according to mail logs the email was sent to your email.

    Please change the Sender name value to Jotform , Sender Email to and Reply -to email value to E-mail. 


    This settings will also able you to search the email address of the person who filled the form on your email.
