Upon checking, I see that you have set up an SMTP in your account and you have set that up as the Sender Email of the email notification/autoresponder in your form.
Please know that when using SMTP as custom sender the email alerts are being sent to the recipients from your email service provider, not from JotForm.
I would suggest that you check the status of the emails that were not sent with your email service provider.
You may also test the email notification/autoresponder of your form by using any of our default sender email address.

noreply@formresponse.com
Feel free to let us know if you need any further assistance.

I have double checked and triple checked.
SMTP settings correct? Yes.
Blocked or spam sent from JotForm? None
Emails received from my custom-email@mydomain.com. NONE.
I REALY NEED HELP HERE. The problem appears to be on your end. I tried to locate DKIM & SPF settings but it appears that JotFrom does not support this.
I need this to work. Please help with trouble shooting and set up.
PS. It would really help if you had a VERIFY function after set up to ensure all was working properly.
Awaiting your help. Thank you.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I'll conduct some tests on my end with SMTP also set as the custom sender in email notification/autoresponder of a cloned version of your form and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
