Unable to reactivate subscription

    I can't seem to pay for a monthly $19 account. It says I already have that, even though it says my account it's active. I've been trying to do this for months. The only option is a 1 year upgradge which i dont want

    I can see that your account's subscription has been expired due to failed payments. To reactivate it, please log in to the account and go to the Billing page: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing

    Click the REACTIVATE SUBSCRIPTION button and select the Monthly Subscription, and from there you can select what payment method you prefer:

    I did this. But then when I get to the next screen it says that’s the account I already have. The only option then is to upgrade to annual.

    We have put your account on free plan, so it should let you do a fresh upgrade. Please log out, and log back in to your account, then follow this guide to upgrade to Bronze monthly plan: https://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-Upgrade-My-Account
