i neither have them in the JotForm DATA BASE. It shows the latest order details as the one that was received 3 days ago. No other recent orders are not shown.

Could you let us know the form ID/URL that you are experiencing the issue? The email notifications to your email address seem to be sent normally. I see that there are a few emails sent as pending payment. Please check for the incomplete payment submissions for the forms.
