HI, I have a form under this account that showed no longer working. When I go to login, it won't log me in under my google account - it just re sets the login page. Tried on my phone and on desktop. I tried to even make a new account but it says the email is still in use. SO I'm not sure what's going on - can you just make sure the form under this account is still active and fix my login?? Thanks

The account associated with the email address you are using in this thread is currently on suspension status due to this form:

I have removed the fields in your form and reactivated your account. You should be able to login to your account again.
