My email keeps getting put on the bounce list

    my r*****un@roadrunner.com email keeps getting added to thebounce list. This is an active email of mine through Spectrum. They are having issues on their end that they are trying to straighten out. I keep asking JotForm to remove it and it keeps getting added to the bounce list again.

    Hi, it is not currently in the bounce list. If it happens again, you can remove it from the bounce list as shown on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List

    Please check if there is any JotForm notification in the spam folder, and mark it as NOT SPAM if you find it there.

    Also, please ask your email service provider to add our domain names and sending IP addresses to their white-list: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains

    It is on the bounce list. I keep removing it and every time a new form is submitted it goes back on the bounce list. It is whitelisted with my ISP as well as the other JotForm domains.

    I'm afraid this is not a problem with our system or forms, but a problem to the receiving server. You have to ensure that you have whitelisted us, including the list that was given in the guide shared by my colleague.

    We recommend custom/business emails on the account for verification purposes, but if this continues to happen, you may consider using an email from Gmail or other free email providers. I recommend Gmail. It's a temporary solution until Spectrum can resolve the problem or can guarantee you that Jotform will be kept whitelisted to their end.
