You can use our conditional logic to Show/Hide the fields based on the selection done, please refer this screencast:
This way you can Hide the "Check" field. If you are referring to something else please let us know more details so that we can help you out accordingly. You can also attach the screenshot if any.
You can also refer this guide to make you form smarter using conditional logic:
Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/57-Smart-Forms-Conditional-Logic-for-Online-Forms
Hope this helps!

I want to Show the Check fields. I don’t want them to default to any of the items.
Is this because i’m doing a test and hit Fill Form?
Also what is this?
And This?
Thanks!

I want to Show the Check fields. I don’t want them to default to any of the items.
If you are referring to the 'textbox_sample43' and 'textbox_sample44', then these fields are prepopulated as you are viewing the form in the preview option and hitting on Fill form button.
This preview form feature is one kind of sandbox where you can see how your form will look when it will be live.
In order to use the form in live or publish it, you need to go to the Publish tab and copy the form link and paste it in the browser.
I hope this helps! If you are referring to something else please let us know.
Regards.
