My name is Andrew Miller and I have recently started using Jotform to make the forms for my ongoing websites.
I am currently working on a website that requires a lot of check boxes, each under their own sub heading.
I was hoping you could help me find a way to put a check box on the sub heading or a 'select all' so each client does not have to check every single box everytime they want to upload a press release.
Also, is it possible to make one big form collapse that condences all the subheading into one tab?
Our lists are very long and will be a bit much to have every single one in a list format on the website.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

In addition to my colleague, as for the "select all" for the checkboxes, can you please check this thread if this is what you are trying to achieve?
Hope this helps.
