Hi Team,
I am unable to acces jotform data and registration submissions.
Please help me to download the data that is very important to me.
I wish to the upgrade as well.
Please revert asap.

The account the form you linked is under is currently suspended due to suspected phishing activity. Your forms are requesting respondents to upload a photo of their valid IDs. Please be informed that collecting sensitive information in such a manner is not allowed within our forms as it violates our terms — Terms of Use | JotForm
I would like to apologize for I have removed the fields shown in the screenshot above from your forms, respectively, and reactivated your account.
You may only collect valid ID numbers provided that your form has a signature widget and Terms&Conditions widget.
