Is there a way to securely store credit card information within a form?

Would like to store credit card information, and only be able to access it if needed. We collect this information when prospective users of our fitness facility sign up for our free trial. It would only be needed if the person stole/broke something in the facility. Is there a way to store this info securely, but then be able to access it later if needed?
