PDF Attachment not sending with notification email

    When anyone other than myself fills out my form (200022328535039), the notification email sends as I have set it up to but it does not come with the PDF attachment. When I do it, they work fine. 

    I'm wondering if this is because I have ''require log-in to view submissions'' and ''require log in to view uploaded files'' turned on. Could someone please tell me what these two options do? Would they be preventing the PDF attachment sending on the notification email? (N.B. it's only a notification email and there is no auto-responder email so the person filling out the form doesn't receive anything).


    I need to get this sorted ASAP so any advice anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated
