Where to view replies sent within JotForm Inbox

Hello,

I received a request and replied to it directly through JotForm using the "reply" function. However, I cannot see the reply that I sent. How can I view this?

When you are replying to an email within JotForm Inbox, all messages you sent including replies can be seen in the Sent folder.

You may also check on your Draft (if sending was not triggered) or Outbox folder (if it is having problems sending, eg: connection issues).

Thank you for your answer. However, I am not clear. When you say in the Sent folder, where is this? I have sent the email from WITHIN jotform (in Forms - Inbox - top right hand corner More - Reply). I was asked to confirm not being a robot, it says the email was sent, but I can not see it anywhere. Presumably, if it was sent from WITHIN JotForm, then there is also a copy of it WITHIN JotForm, yes?

I see, thank you for those additional information. We don't have a Sent folder as previously suggested, but we do keep track of all the emails sent within the account.
