JotForm Account Disabled

    I contacted you a few days ago without response.

     

    I recieved an email saying that my form is disabled. I'm under on all my quota except SSL, but I'm no longer using SSL.

     

    Please let me know why the account is disabled.

    I dont see any past forum post from you so I was not able to see how it was not responded. Can you please share a link with us.

    I checked your account and dont see any issue with it. Your account is not in disabled state. Are you have trouble loggin in to your account?

    As the new month is started and the submission counters are reset thats the reason i see your account active.

    I sent a private message the first time.

    No trouble with log-in. 

    Link is shared in the first message.

    I got an email a few days ago that I attached in the first message // It says Your forms are disabled now.
    It sounds like all is good now?
