Can't see my form in my account

    I am receiving notifications in my email when someone completes one of my forms but they forms aren't appearing in my account.

    My email is a******

    I have also tried to reset my password for this account and I am not receiving the password reset email.

    I also have another account with the email ****o@aces******


    Please can someone advise please? I need to access the submissions but can't see them

    This form is hosted in the account username "SabreInsurance", which is registered under the email address "h*****sk@s****'.

    If you need to access that form, you must log in to that account(SabreInsurance). If you forgot the password, you may reset it as shown on this guide:
