Can't see my form in my account

    Hello

    I am receiving notifications in my email when someone completes one of my forms but they forms aren't appearing in my account.

    My email is a******dwards.work@gmail.com

    I have also tried to reset my password for this account and I am not receiving the password reset email.

    I also have another account with the email ****o@aces******ing.co.uk

     

    Please can someone advise please? I need to access the submissions but can't see them

    Thank your for contacting us, according to our mail logs your email address is receiving notifications for the form ID: 93243582845363

    This form is hosted in the account username "SabreInsurance", which is registered under the email address "h*****sk@s****.co.uk'.

    If you need to access that form, you must log in to that account(SabreInsurance). If you forgot the password, you may reset it as shown on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/489-How-to-reset-JotForm-account-password
