Why is my form in Restore mode?

    I just logged in after a long absence to try to create a form, and it is telling me I can't preview it because it is in 'restore mode'? How do I get past this?

    Accounts that has been inactive for quite a long time, are tagged as Dormant within our system and needs review before reactivation.

    I've checked your form and can see that it is asking for sensitive information without the required widgets, which is against our Terms of Use.

    As I could not find a log of your email being verified, I have also re-sent the email verification link.

    I have now temporarily reactivated your account. Kindly verify your email address and add the T&C and Signature widgets on your form to avoid your account from getting suspended.
