How do I create an application form that will (1) give each submitter a unique link to the application (2) that will allow them to be able to stop in the process of filling out the application, save it and then return and submit when they are finished with the application.

    Thank you

Hi, this is possible through the Continue Forms Later setting:

When this feature is enabled, a "Save" button will be shown on your form, where the user can click on, and put his email address to receive a unique session link(where filled data will be saved) to continue later from where he left the form.

    Thank you for your response,

I enable the complete form later feature and got the save button at the end of the form, however, it did not ask for an email address. It send the email with the link to continue the form to the notification email address used after submissions.

The URL session will be sent to the email address entered in the email field of your form. If you do not have an email field then please add one for the save and continue later feature to work properly.

I have added a email address feature to the form. The email to continue is still coming to the main account email. I have enabled the continue form later, how to I make sure the responders email address is used?

Do I use the customize save and continue later email and if so how?

Hi again, you were not asked to provide a email address, because you were logged in to your account in the same browser where you filled the form, so the feature detects it, and sends it by default to the main account email.

Please try filling the form again in another browser where you are not logged into your JotForm account.
