Hi created initially email@example.com as a sub account for viewing submissions only at least that was the idea. Nothing arrived checked spam nothing arrived. Then deleted account and recreated another mthinking I might of done something wrong. So firstname.lastname@example.org as another account was created even thought the account is created in jotform I receive no email this account has also been deleted. Am I doing something wrong? All I want is to allow the MD to see submissions only and nothing else

I tried to create sub users to your account, there is no trouble creating sub-users however sending email to your emails is the problem. I tried to add your two emails as subusers,then I checked our mail logs, according to mail logs, the email was not successfully sent. Please contact your email provider and request them to add Jotmail's Ip address to there whitelist. Please see this guide.
