MailChimp: Jotform is not sending new contacts to MailChimp.

I have completed the integration, settings shows as up and running but no results are showing in mailchimp. I've selected to copy existing submissions and tested new entries but still 0 new contacts in my mailchimp audience.

I've tried cloning the form, removing integration, re-adding, I've read other forum listings with the same issue but have not been able to resolve on my own. 

Please take a look and hopefully you can spot the issue.

I just submitted your form, kindly go to mailchimp and go to Audience tab then click on the number of contacts you see on the screen.

Let me know if my email appears on that page. If not, please remove the integration and reintegrate with MailChimp once again and see if that helps.
