Cancellation of my account

    Hi

    I couldn't find the place where to delete my profile and at the same time cancel my subscription. 

    Can you please cancel my account? My username is yakup@keyfruit.net

    @keyfruit

    Please follow these steps to cancel your subscription:

     

    1. Login your account in JotForm

    2. Click on Account under a person looking icon at the upper right corner of your page.

    3. Go to Billing tab and click Switch Subscription under Starter (Free) Plan

    4. Click Cancel Subscription button on the new window.

    Hi Yakup,

    Your subscription is already cancelled, but your account will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires which on 05-28-2013.
