Lost forms

Hello, my name is Tiffney, I’m the owner of Baird’s Waggin Dog Training, I had many forms filled out by clients no issues when I tried to check something the app logged me out when I logged back in now can’t find any of those forms it will be a big issue if they are gone. Is there someone who can recover these and help me get back to them.

Unfortunately, I can see no created forms in the account associated with this email: B**********ey@g*****.com.

Have you received an email notification from the said form? If so, there should be an EDIT SUBMISSION link at the bottom of the email. Could you please share us the link?

This was all on the app? So there is no link. I made the forms and then after clients filled it out they hit submit. I signed in through my goggle or Facebook onto the app. It was going fine then last time I tired to get on my stuff was gone and it said I needed to re log in.

There should be a notification email sent to you when they submit the form, can you please show us a screenshot of it so we can trace the account and forms you're referring to?
