Is it possible to create a module to be used from the price list?

is it possible to create a module to be used from the price list?

I would like my customer to tell me what product he wants and in what quantity and maybe even pay by paypal.

Can you please share more information on how you would like your form to work?

You may use the Payment integration to add products and add quantity.
