Problem autoresponder

Hi, 

I have a problem with my pre-populated form. Indeed, I hid some of the fields in the pre-populated form so that the user can't modify them. My problem is that the confirmation email never arrives to the contact. How can I do to hid the fields but still send the autoresponder?

You can set up an autoresponder email and omit the fields from autoresponder email that you do not want the user's to see. Here is a reference guide: Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email
