Is the https form secure when I embed it to a http page?

For example, if the form is a secure form (https://) and it is embedded to an ordinary, unsecured http:// website, will the transmission be completely secure?

    Thank you in advance,

Yes absolutely. All data transfer related to form will be securely sent.

I could be wrong but although it's true that the data will likely be securely sent, embedding the form in an unsecured page may not be a good idea.

    Please see the following:

Also, upon submission, a warning may pop up in some browsers about the fact that the user is going from a non-secure page to a secure one.
