I have forms that are supposed to send emails to firstname.lastname@example.org
My logs are not showing any indication that Jotform is sending those emails.
Upon checking your account, i found that your email id "email@example.com" is in our bounce list (reason mentioned below).
firstname.lastname@example.org is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) 'DNS Soft Error looking up mpccm=
inistry.com (MX) while asking recursive_nameserver1.parent. Error was: unab=
le to reach nameserver on any valid IP'
I have removed this email address from the bounce list and you should start receiving your submission emails. Have you change your hosting server recently? Looks like our email server was unable to reach your nameserver.

We have not made any changes recently. There is no reason on our end for the emails to change. Given the massive number of similar threads on this forum, I think you might have an issue on your side.
If you are reporting the same issue, this email "email@example.com" is not on the bounce list. You can also check it for yourself, guide http://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-remove-your-email-address-from-bounce-list.
However, if you think there's a problem. I suggest to open a new thread since this thread is way to old and provide the email address that is having the problem.
