Can a form created in another account be transferred to an established account

An officer of our organization created two forms under his personal account.  Can we transfer those forms to our account?

Yes, but due to security reasons we must get the request from the form's owner account, kindly ask him to log in and post the request on this forum so we can proceed with the transference.
