Try to upgrade the account, but it says the system is unable to upgrade.

    I need to upgrade our subscription.  When I enter the credit card information, it says the system is unable to upgrade.  Can you help me?

    Could you please log out, and log back in to your account? Then follow this guide to upgrade the account: https://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-Upgrade-My-Account

    You might want to update the billing card on file first: https://www.jotform.com/help/330-How-to-Change-Billing-Credit-Card

    I logged out and back in and followed the directions in the link.  I still receive the same message ...

    I work for a college and we are tax exempt
