Populate form data to a template that includes multiple blocks of same information

I created a form where a user will fill in a couple fields. I want those fields to populate into a template which includes blocks of the same info. My goal is the user can print out the final template and cut out the various blocks of the same info. Each block of info is intended to be included in invitations for guests attending an event.

I'm afraid that it's not possible to do this with the document you require, it's possible with a PDF as you can add elements and duplicate data, this way you ask the data only once to your user and then generate the report as PDF using tables and duplicating the data as many times as needed.
