Hello! I changed my plan in the last few days, but my answers and all my database disappeared. Some answers remained. Why did this happen? Wasn't it paid to have this information? How do I get it back?Tks

It seems that you previously had a billing error which caused your account to downgrade and subsequently limited your submission storage to 500 only.
Since you are currently on a Storage plan, I have restored the hidden submissions.
