How do I add PayPal to our Form?

Hello, 

    I created a new Form and thought it was linked to accept a payment through PayPal.  I recently discovered that a form that was completed did not have a corresponding payment.  I am not sure how I connect our PayPal account to the form.  Please help.

After taking a look at your form, it seems that there is an error on the condition that is hiding your payment section. Please fix this so that your payment field will appear in the form, you may also want to make this section require the field if you wish all of your users to make donations.
