Unable to upgrade, the system is not accepting regular Credit Card method

    I have tried to pay my monthly fee through USDC, cancelled transaction because I decided to pay by Credit Card method.   System has not allowed me to pay.   I urgently need your guidance to be able to pay.   Thank you!

    Thank you for contacting us Veronica, we apologize for the inconvenience. We have received a few reports about this issue, we are looking into this.

    We would appreciate if you could share a screenshot of the error message received when you tried to upgrade: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

    Also, there is no registered Jotform account under your email address "***********@yahoo.com". Could you please tell us which account username did you try to upgrade, so we can give you a direct link to upgrade that account username?

    Hi again Veronica, the issue issue has been fixed already. Please try logging out, then log back in to your account, and upgrade it as shown on this guide(if you have not done it yet): https://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-Upgrade-My-Account
