Why am I unable to upgrade my account?

    I am trying to upgrade my account and I keep getting an error message. I have tried several times.

    Apologies for the inconveniences caused.

    We were experiencing an issue with the upgrade feature, this was already reported and fixed by our back-end team. 

    Kindly try upgrading again and let us know how it goes.
