How to send a form that is half filled with client's information?

Hi, I am wondering if it is possible to set up a form that I can use for all my clients, however just before I send the relevant form to a client, I fill in myself some client specific information into the fillable fields that I have created. This way each version of the form I send to each client will already be half filled for them and then they need to fill in the blanks?

If your question is how to effectively prepopulating the fields, there are a lot of ways on doing that. One is, if your client's information is already arranged on a spreadsheet you can use the Spreadsheet to Form widget to prefill the fields.

Ideally, you are going to send the link for the half-filled form to your clients so that they could continue on filling it and submit the form.
