    I'm only receiving pdf files in my dropbox, not the attached ones

    I've made a form with an upload file option, I've tested that once and again and even made a clone of that form, but nothing appears in the dropbox folder, only the pdf file. Everithing else is working fine in the form, just the attached files not saving in dropbox.

    Hi,

    Please try to integrate your form to dropbox using the following method. Upload to Dropbox with JotForm. Make sure to set your dropbox folder names.

    No, it's not working. I've tried several times and nothing seem to work. I even made a new dropbox account to test, integrate the form to that new account but it didn't work. In fact, I'm receiving the attached files in my submissions, I can see the files... it's just that they aren't saving in dropbox, just the pdfs.

    Hi,

    I've cloned your form and integrate to Dropbox but I wasn't able to replicate the issue. Can you please try to re-integrate your form to Dropbox and see if the issue still persist or not.

    Thank you for the video, that's exactly what I'm trying to achieve with no luck.

    I've seen other threads with the same dropbox-attachment problem.

    Hi,

    This thread that you provided have a ticket submitted about it already. But we always treat each questions/topic as separate. It may have the same dropbox issue to yours but we do not generalize them to all have the same cause or reason for the issue.

    So, let us focus on your current issue for now. 

    Right now we could not reproduce the issue on your form with integration to dropbox. As evident by my colleague's video demo, it is currently working properly.

    It could not be working on your end, we understand that, so, we would like to be able to reproduce that issue before we can submit a bug ticket to our next level support if rectification from them is necessary.

    Can you please try this other option too. See if it will make the difference.

    1. Remove the dropbox integration from your form.

    2. Clone your form http://form.jotformz.com/form/31216933219653 . Use this guide to clone -Form-Cloning

    3. Integrate to dropbox using the cloned form

    4. Test your form by doing actual test submission.

    Check your dropbox account if uploaded file in the form are in the dropbox submission folder.

    Please inform us of the results and if the issue persist.

    Thank you for the screens, that's greatly appreciated!

    Base on your screen, you are using Dropbox Desktop Application, did you also checked this images on the Dropbox Website? 

    I have also submitted a test with your form, can you please confirm if the IE8.png image went through to your dropbox account?

    The form cloned and integrated with dropbox is "clone of clone of proyecto casablanca"... you uploaded that image to the form that's not integrated with dropbox "clone of proyecto casablanca".

    Anyway, I only see the pdf files on my dropbox account, as well as in my dropbox desktop app. The attached files are not there.

    There is no uploaded file in that folder, just the pdf

    I actually have the same problem!  I can click the link to the JPG file inside the pdf, but where before he sent the pdf AND the jpg file to my dropbox, he now only sends the PDF file.

     

    Anything I can Do?
