Can two people from my team use two seperate forms using the same login at the same time? For ex.: if one member is using a form at an expo and the other member needs to use another form at a different location, is it possible for them to login to one jotform account and use their respective forms at the same time?

Yes, I don't see any problem with that. Just ensure they worked on 2 separate forms otherwise, their changes will be overwritten by each other if they are on the same form.

You can also add them as collaborators in your forms so you don't have to share your login credentials.
