    Hi Team,

I have the form below that has various multiple choice questions on it.

When filling the form out, if i accidentally choose 'yes' but want to change my response to 'no'  before submitting, i am unable to un-select the incorrect answer, causing me to select two answers for the one question.

CCan you help me with my settings, do i need to change something?

    RRegards, Evette

I see that the multiple choice fields are already changed to Single choice fields on your form. I assume that the issue is now resolved for you. Please do not hesitate to get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

    Thank you for using JotForm!

    Hi team,
The issue did not resolve, those were the settings I have always had on there. Are there any other settings options that would work to resolve my problem?
    Kind Regards,

    Hello Evette,

I checked your form, to verify are you referring to the questions in Input Table, correct? If so, it is only possible with the Radio Buttoninput type fields. However, as I have checked your form you are using the Multi Type Columns, and unfortunately, there's no option to restrict the answers on this field type.

You can try to switch the field type on one of the tables to Radio Button on your form to test it on your end.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
