Autolock name field based on personal registration code

We are sending users a randomly generated code that they will enter in the form using the spreadsheet to form widget. 

This code will then autopopulate certain fields based on the information we have uploaded via spreedsheet. 

How do we lock the fields that are tied to the auto complete to prevent unauthorized users of the code we supply for using the form? In case someone gives their code to someone else. 

If the Unique code on the form matches with some of the Unique codes in the spreadsheet, the widget will automatically populate the fields.

I am afraid that it is not possible to restrict the access. Perhaps, you can add a password to your form, which will be an extra layer of security.
