The dropdown questions that were working are no longer working in our form.This is what a user gets when they click in the field.

    I checked and tested your form. The cards with dropdowns worked fine.

    What do your users get when they click on the fields? Can you please elaborate?

    If the issue still persists, please suggest to your users to use a different browser.

    The issue occurs in IE 11. I just tried Chrome and it does work fine. Any suggestions to get it to work in IE since that is the principle browser our users use. I've included a screen shot of the issue.1579702651Jotform issue.PNG

    I just tested on Edge and it worked fine.

    You can try to clear cache, cookies and recent history in the browser and use incognito mode.
