Is there a way to create separate categories in the Purchase Order field?

Hello, is there anyway I can create seperate category when using the purchase widget?

Example:

•Apparel (1 category)

Shirts

Pants

Sweater

•Foot Wear ( 2 category)

Slippers

Sneakers

Boots

•Outer Wear (3 category)

Coat

Hats

Jackets
