Quiz App results emails

I am struggling with the results emails for this App. I want the results (with scoring) email sent to the form user. When I have Autoresponder enabled in FORM SETTINGS,  the form's default email template is used. It only includes the user's answers, not the correct answers, user's scoring etc. as seen in the Quiz App.

I tried copying the html of the results email template from the quiz app and pasting into the auto-responder settings but the results email didn't show any content that was inside the curly brackets {}

If I disable autoresponder on the form settings, no results email is sent at all.

Also, when both the "Email Results" and "Show results to user" options are checked, it appears that the "Thank you" just shows the default message with the big checkmark, not the custom results page with the results chart the I set up in the App.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to send the quiz app results in the autoresponder email.

You may however, email the results manually or show it in the Thank you page.
