As per the last support request reply:
I have check your email address "email@example.com" and I found out that it's associated to three accounts. Two of them is a guest account and one FREE account which is using "joncab" as account username.
To reset your password, kindly use joncab as account username and firstname.lastname@example.org as account email address.
Feel free to contact us again if you need further assistance.
On Wednesday I requested the password reset using joncab as the account username but once again have not received a password reset email from Jotform.
Could you please reset the password on the account and advise me of the password?

There's a mistake, please use the following details instead.
This is what I see on the record. My previous colleague who provided you the email on the second line seems to be wrong, there should be letter "t" after jonathan since that's what you've used on registration. I have also removed this email from the bounce list so you should now be able to received an email. Kindly reset it again.
