I do not see Math Captcha in the form builder

    Hi,

    I see in this question: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2118242-The-Captcha-timeout-on-the-form there is a Maths Recaptcha? I can't find the Maths Recaptcha as an option to add it to my form. We have the Silver Level plan. When I add a Recaptcha, the only options are reCaptcha and JotCaptcha. We have a long form and people are getting recaptcha timeouts, and are therefore unable to submit the form after entering in all their information.

    We're sorry, but Match Captcha is not yet HIPAA compliant, and you are upgraded to HIPAA. 

    Yes, there is a time limit with Google reCaptcha, but I'm not sure why users had timed out. Do you have the captcha at the top of the form? It is meant to be placed at the bottom before the submit button. On the given page, you have it at the bottom and you are now using our default captcha. 

    Or, perhaps users scrolled down and filled the captcha field first before the form fields?
