If yes, there's no captcha field. Is the form embedded on a website? If yes, please share the website link so we can test it on our end.

Are you referring to the reply to functionality via the form inbox?
What happens when you click on send? Is there any error message?

Thank you for sharing with us a screenshot of the issue.
I have confirmed that you are using the Reply feature of the JotForm Inbox page.
May we know if the issue is only happening to one particular submission or it is happening to all or multiple submissions?
We would like to test the issue further and we might need to make a test submission directly to your form with your permission.
I have tested the issue you have described on a cloned version of your form and I was not able to reproduce it.
We will wait for your response.

Sorry yes I was using the reply to and CCing my Hotmail email and it’s with every reply I try to send.
and yes feel free to submit the form then go in and reply or even forward the email

I tested this on my test account and I was not able to replicate the issue. I think the Captcha appears to prevent spam emails or replies.
May we know how many emails are you sending per hour?

Not a high volume... we have 80 forms

Please be noted that there are limits to reply and forward emails. The limit for the free account to forward or reply emails on the inbox/submissions page is 25-30 total per hour. For the Paid accounts, the limit is 100 per hour. If you're planning to forward/reply for more than 25 per hour, you need to upgrade to any paid plan.
